Frequently disconnected and low quality ADSL cannot be used. You may be required to change if a firewall

Regions where Services Cannot be Used

Regions with no internet connection cannot use the Services.

Termination of Contract

You may terminate your contract in our homepage.
If you wish to terminate your contract month, please notify us on or before the end of the month.
If you terminate your Service, Option Service will be automatically terminated.
Furthermore, in accordance with the Service Terms of Use, the Company reserves the right to terminate contract.

Product Return

Used products are not eligible for Product Return.
In addition, during Service outage and others, the Company will respond immediately based on the Service Terms of Use.

Notify us regarding product return within 7 days after the product has been delivered, the customer will be
responsible for shipping expenses of the product to the Company.

You may return the product if, it is defective and still has a warranty (within 6 months from the purchase date). The customer will be responsible for shipping expenses of the product to the Company but, we will bear the shipping
expenses for product replacement.

Warranty Against Defects

Warranty against defects of the Service and products, as well as the above-mentioned [Product Return] will be
in accordance with the Terms of Use.

Minimum Usage Period

Indicated period on the elected termination of contract above.

Payment Due Date

For Credit Card:
The previous month’s charges is billed to the credit card company every 1st of the current month (if this day falls on a holiday, billing will be on the proceeding regular working day). Withdrawal date follows the terms of each credit card company.

For Bank Account Debit:
The previous month’s charges is sent to the Recovery Unit every 15th of the current month (if this day falls on a
holiday, it will be sent on the proceeding regular working day). Withdrawal request will be on the 27th of every
month (if this falls on a saturday or holiday, it will be on the following day).
