Circle ID
Abbreviated Customer ID. In Circle ID, customers
can manage their personal information
e.g. address, etc. Your registered Circle ID
allows you to manage your Unique ID.

Unique ID
Abbreviated User ID. You can register multiple ID in Circle ID. When receiving an incoming call in Unique ID phone number, you can set which phone would ring and configure various settings.

Login Page

null Circle ID Login
Enter your [Login ID] and [Password] created during Circle ID registration. For Customers using the previous version (Cloco cloudPBX), enter the [Login ID] and [Password] listed in the email sent on August 21, 2009.

Circle ID Password Verification
If you forgot your password, an email with your Password will be sent to the registered email address. If you forgot your Login ID or unable to use the registered email address, please contact us.

Unique ID Login
Enter your [Login ID] and [Password] on the displayed Unique ID Management page.

※ To verify your Login and Password, follow the procedure listed below:
① Login your Circle ID to be directed to Circle Management Page.
② In [Unique ID Management], click [Display Unique ID List].
③ Click [Details] on the Unique ID you wish to view.
④ Then, verify the displayed Login ID and Password.

Complete the following to register a contact:
1. No:※ If this field is left blank, a number will automatically be assigned.
2. Name
3. Furigana (for Japanese only)

Download・Upload
Download registered contact data, or use the recommended format (CSV/EXCEL)in uploading contact data.

※ Caution: If the downloaded CSV file has been edited in EXCEL, [090] and [03] digits are automatically deleted when converted back to CSV file.
※ Contacts store a maximum of 1000 registered contacts.

Incoming Call History

※ All incoming call history will be displayed if none of the search parameters has been specified.

・Incoming Call Date
Specify date.

・Number Search
Enter a part of the phone number to narrow your search.

・Status
Differentiate whether it was a received or missed call to narrow your search.

Outgoing Call History

You can check your outgoing call history monthly.
Complete the following to narrow your search.

※ All outgoing call history will be displayed if none of the search parameters has been specified.

・Outgoing Call Date
Specify date.

・Number Search
EEnter a part of the phone number to narrow your search.

Block Incoming Call

Set block incoming call.

・Block Withheld Phone Number
Check the corresponding box in the Enabled Column.

・Block Specific Number
Add the phone number and enter comment (optional) then, check the corresponding box in the Enabled Column.

・Message
[This call cannot be connected.] will be played.

Download Fees and Charges’ Bill

Download your monthly bill.

・Send Bill Option
Send Bill Option is different from Download Fees and Charges Bill. An Option Contract is not required if you opted to only download your bill.

Change Customer Information

Change your registered information.

Once done, click [Save Changes], found at the bottom of the page.

※ Payment Method cannot be changed.

Additional Options

Verify Additional Options.

・Send Bill
Your monthly bill, from 1st to the end of the month, will be sent. You may either set this to [Subscribe] or [Unsubscribe], add or delete, and select whether or not you would use this Option.

・Monitoring
During a Unique ID call, monitoring can be done by the authorized Circle ID on the configured Unique ID call. You may either add or delete, verify and purchase this in [Apply / Delete] column.

※ If the contract is terminated in the middle of the month, this option will still be billed until the end of the current month. Termination of contract policies apply.
